REGISTRATION

To purchase products on the Fleet Ilya website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@fleetilya.com. You may also want to view our Privacy Policy. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on this website. By placing an order with Fleet Ilya you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Fleet Ilya reserve the right to cancel orders, customers will be notified of cancellation via email. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of email confirmation that the order was received, and no later. International Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase is deemed as acceptance of these terms.

Our catalogue contains products and images of an adult nature. All customers must be 18 years or older. Purchasing from us is acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customs requirements.

PAYMENT CURRENCY

We only accept the UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling.

We must receive payment in full before the order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form, which will include your name, the order number and the total price.

The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order

PRICING POLICY

The prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page. For products supplied to clients within the European Community, the UK VAT rate of 20% is applied. Clients based in countries outside of the European Community will not be charged VAT.

DELIVERY

The products are sent to the address of delivery, which you have indicated during the order process. All UK sendings will be done via UK Royal Mail Post Office Recorded Delivery. International deliveries will be handled by Worldnet Items will be tracked up to the point they leave the UK (and in some cases on arrival in the destination country). A signature will be taken at the delivery address, please note this will not necessarily be the addressee. If no one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a following delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.

Delivery Times

Items are made to order and will normally be dispatched within 7 working days from the point of credit clearance and address verification. We will notify you if we anticipate any delays to our normal dispatch times.

Please note that during holidays (i.e. Christmas) you should allow longer times for dispatch. We will contact you if there is a delay.

For goods delivered outside of the EU, the consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. The consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and completion.

Fleet Ilya shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by our manufacturing processes, sourcing materials or labour, or by destination customs clearance processes.

RETURNS

Products may not be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances goods may be returned at the cost of the sender within seven days after delivery, provided the following conditions apply:

The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in it’s original bag and packaging.

If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Fleet Ilya Ltd will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. Fleet Ilya Ltd will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays..
